Meet Robert Fox

Robert Fox joined the Alcovy Circuit Mental Health Courts as coordinator in August 2017. Mr. Fox has served as the coordinator advisor to the Council of Accountability Court Judges' Executive Committee since 2020 and currently serves on the Metrics and Measures Committee. Mr. Fox also represents Newton County at the National Association of Counties' County Justice Peer Learning Network. Before becoming the coordinator for the mental health courts in Newton and Walton, Robert worked with accountability courts in Athens-Clarke County as program coordinator for Athens-Oconee CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and as a foster care case worker with the Division of Family & Children Services. Prior to entering civil service, Mr. Fox worked with teens in recovery as a senior field manager for Blue Ridge Therapeutic Wilderness. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University.
